Paradigm Fulfillment Policy

Paradigm is a browser-based, AI-powered spreadsheet product that is delivered via web app and made available immediately upon account activation at app.paradigmai.com. The following policies apply to all purchases made through our product.

Digital Delivery

All purchases grant users access to Paradigm via their account login. Access to more usage and paid features are provisioned immediately after successful payment. No physical goods are shipped.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase for monthly or annual subscriptions if you are unsatisfied with your experience. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for unused time on monthly plans.
